Operating cost calculator

What does manual work cost your company every month?

Repetitive work never shows up as a line on the balance sheet, but it leaves the bank account every month in the form of salary. Move three controls and watch the number appear.

How we calculate. Hourly cost = (gross salary × employer multiplier) ÷ 173 monthly hours. Hours lost per month = people × hours per week × 4.33 weeks. The result is an estimate meant to give you an order of magnitude, not a quote — the real number depends on which processes are genuinely automatable, and that is what the free review is for. The calculation runs in your own browser; nothing is sent anywhere until you fill in the form.
